Caught this fella down on Glenwood Avenue near downtown Minneapolis on the way home from a photo shoot. He was all smiles, and cheered up my moment. Maybe he’s an engineer, homeless, or something in between. But he sure was radiating positive attitude.
I went on a model shoot for the first time, down at Centenial Lakes Park. Neither the organizer nor the two models scheduled showed up. I guess models are notorious for not showing up. Not sure I blame them for $20/hr. The organizer must have had a good reason for not being there.
Didn’t matter much though. We found an elderly couple willing to pose for us on a bench, and a family in another setting. Better yet, one of the photographer’s wife is an amateur model, and she kindly posed for us for almost an hour. Got lots of shots of her. I particularly like this one. Lovely.
Only fly on the ointment was a pushy power walker that shoved me from behind. Don’t think he’s fond of photographers.
