I love this light house. I have friends that travel with me to two harbors on the first weekend in November. We go up and sit on the shores for the anniversary of the Edmund Fitzgerald. To my knowledge, it is the only time during the year that the lighthouse is lit.

If you have never experienced it, I highly recommend it.

I find it awe-inspiring that a lake should need a lighthouse…
