Taken a few months along Washington Avenue, this building is gone by now. Guess it was well overdue. Doubtful though it will sprout anything pretty as it’s located in an industrial area.
On another note, several new photobloggers have sprouted in the Twin Cities area. Nice to see. Their sites can be found on my local links. Mitchster, Dusty, and I are getting together at the Duplex Restaurant & Wine Bar at Hennepin and 25th this Friday at around 4:00, hang out on the porch and watch Friday madness on Hennepin. Bloggers and photobloggers swing on by if up for it. We’re easy to spot with all the camera gear.

Interesting capture. I really like it. There is a lot of renovation going on along Washington Ave. Some of it is good to see, but it is a shame to loose that era in the city.
Thanks for linking to EyePhoto. I hope to come down to meet you guys on Friday but plans are still tentative. If not Friday, for sure the next time an invitation is offered.

The people’s art. Who needs museums?

Dan you’re welcome, always like promoting local content. I would love to make it into one of those junk yards sometime, but fear that at best I’d meet Luigi and at worst his German Sheppard.
If you can’t make it tomorrow then some other time. We typically plan something well in advance though recently I prefer impromptu outings with smaller crowds.

Thanks for adding me to the blog roll! I really enjoy a lot of your graffiti shots, especially that HDR you posted a short while ago

hey, I can do stick figures, but not as cool as these. Should I bring my tripod? I may get there earlier, I got a lot of time on my hands these days.
