Another shot from our Foshay visit. The Foshay Tower of course used to be the tallest building in town, but that was a long time ago. It doesn’t have the flare of some of the newer buildings surrounded it, but it does have what in the old country is called gemütlichkeit.

    I’ve never thought much of these glass box buildings. I favored the more architectural appealing towers like the Foshay. But now while into phoitography, the glass has such great appeal shown here.

    By the way, Friday I’ll be at Gasthof zur Gemütlichkeit with the family celebrating Oktoberfest!
